However, there\u2019s a fine line between sharing insights and interpreting their experiences. How can we use intuition skilfully without leading the client? In this post, we\u2019ll explore simple questions and self-reflective practices to ensure our intuitions serve the client\u2019s growth and agenda.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9df6386 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9df6386\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>As coaches we are invited to share what we notice about our client during a coaching relationship: observations and intuitions have the potential to create new learning and can be really powerful towards the client\u2019s improved awareness.<\/p>\n<p>However there is a risk that we might be interpreting what the client is experiencing instead of mirroring back what we see from a neutral stance.
