- Attendance: You are expected to attend at least 80% of the live classes. Should you miss a session, you can make up the hours by watching the recording and sharing your learning reflections.
- Pre-Class Preparation: You are expected to watch short videos before class, laying the groundwork for deeper discussions during live sessions.
- Practice Coaching: We strongly recommend that you practise coaching with real clients or peers throughout the program to apply what you’re learning.
- Homework: Expect to dedicate about 30 minutes of your time every week to homework assignments designed to reinforce your skills.
