Mentor Coaching

DISCOVER THE NUANCES OF COACHING AND DEEPEN YOUR PRACTICE WITH MCC GUIDANCE

What is Mentor Coaching?

Mentor Coaching is a partnership with an experienced coach who can bring valuable insights to your professional development.

It’s a key step in getting or renewing your ICF ACC, PCC, and MCC credentials. But it’s also so much more than that.

This is an opportunity for you to gain clarity, skills, and confidence from a trusted partner who has been through the challenges you’re facing and can share strategies and advice to help you overcome them.

Whether you join my group or 1-1 mentor coaching, I’ll provide a safe space to review your recorded coaching sessions and give you personalised feedback, exercises, and resources to help you amplify your impact as a coach.

Who is Mentor Coaching for?

Mentor Coaching is for any coach who wants to grow their skills, deepen their self-awareness, and amplify their impact. Together we will celebrate your strengths and uncover what you need to develop to reach the bar you are aiming for. Lucia will help you appreciate nuances of coaching you have not discovered yet.

Our mentor coaching options are designed to fulfil ICF requirements for anyone seeking an ICF credential  — whether ACC, PCC, or MCC. You have to undertake at least 10 hours of Mentor Coaching before you apply for certification.

Here’s the good news! You don’t need to be an accredited coach to join Mentor Coaching with Coaching Outside the Box. You’re also welcome to join if you have been trained by another coaching school.
