Hi, I’m Lucia, Founder of Coaching Outside the Box and possibly your next coach!
For over 20 years, I’ve been coaching leaders and teams across almost 20 countries, helping them to tackle challenges, evolve, and thrive.
I’m an ICF Master Certified Coach, a Certified Enterprise & Team Coach in the Agile space, and the co-author of the book The Human Behind the Coach with Claire Pedrick.
My passion lies in facilitating growth and transformation, whether it’s working 1:1 with executives or guiding diverse teams just like yours.
